Jet Fighter by Rocky Dennis Face
I’ve known the dudes in RDF for a while now. They took me to Buttermilk Falls once and then stole my pink lighter. It’s been some time since their last release, though they’ve been giving us some teasers along the way. Recently becoming a 4 piece - Rocky Dennis Face just put out the single, Jet Fighter.
Adding another guitar didn’t change their classic RDF sound and I knew that it was them almost immediately. Jumping on the Top Gun train - this song provides catchy riffs that will make you bob your head while listening. Its synchronicity between lyrical cadence and fast tempos is instinctively hypnotic. Whether you intend to or not, you’ll be catching yourself singing this chorus for the rest of the day. Although they weren't voted the best punk band in Pittsburgh, they are 100% worth the listen.
